Let’s talk

Website redesign without losing what already works.

Your site is out of date, awkward on a phone or something you would rather not send people to. We rebuild it around how buyers decide today, and carry over everything Google already knows about it.

Is this you?

A good fit if

  • Your site does not work properly on a phone.
  • The design no longer matches the business you have become.
  • You get some enquiries from Google today and cannot afford to lose them.

Probably not, if

  • The site is fine and one thing is broken. A small fixed job may be all you need.
  • You want to change the brand itself first. That comes before the website.

What we do.

  1. 01

    An audit before anything changes

We record which pages get visits and enquiries today, which searches find you, and what has to survive the move.

  2. 02

    Every old address redirected

A tested redirect map for every page, so links, bookmarks and rankings carry over instead of breaking.

  3. 03

    Built for the phone first

Designed and checked at phone width before desktop, because that is where most first visits happen.

  4. 04

    Checked after launch

We watch Google Search Console after the switch and fix anything that drops out of the index.

The work. Before, after, and what changed.

Real businesses and their real sites. No results are shown until they are measured and agreed.

SourceBritain

Our own venture · UK manufacturing sourcing

The brief

SourceBritain finds the UK manufacturers that make what you need. The first version worked, but looked generic and early stage: a white template, a sample card with placeholder lines, stock-style photos. It needed to look like a service a buyer would trust with a real job.

What we changed

  • IdentityA new mark, a forest, cream and mustard palette, and three typefaces with a job each.
  • Design systemOne set of tokens, page shells and contrast rules, checked by tests, for every surface.
  • Sourcing studioSay what you need in your own words; it reads it once, then asks only what's missing.
  • Supplier discoveryReal matches with reasons, a shortlist and comparison, and nobody contacted until you choose who sees it.
  • Directory and placesAn index of who makes what, location pages drawn as places, and an atlas of Britain built from real listings.
  • MigrationEvery public page, the guides and the buyer, supplier and admin portals moved onto the new system and into production.

The mark

Two brackets, the requirement and the capability, and the square they make together.

Every job is a fixed scope agreed before work starts. Tell us about yours and we will say which fits.

How it works.

  1. 01

    Tell us the job

A short guided enquiry. A real person replies within two working days.

  2. 02

    A short call

We look at what you have and say what we would do first.

  3. 03

    A fixed scope

What is included, what is not and when, agreed before any work starts.

  4. 04

    Build, review, launch

You review at each stage. Fixes are included for two weeks after launch.

Questions people ask.

Will a redesign hurt my Google rankings?

It can, when old addresses break or pages that earned traffic disappear. We map every old address to its new home, keep the pages that bring visits, and check Search Console after launch.

Can you keep our branding?

Yes. A refresh works inside your existing brand: same logo, colours and voice, rebuilt properly.

How long does it take?

About three weeks for a refresh of up to five pages, and four to six weeks for a full redesign of up to twelve.

Do we need new photography?

Not usually. We work with what you have first and tell you plainly if a page needs better images to do its job.
