Let’s talk

Shopify stores built to sell, not just to look finished.

We design, build and grow Shopify stores for independent product brands. The theme, the product pages, the trade routes, search and email, run as one job by one team.

Is this you?

A good fit if

  • Your store looks fine but does not sell the way the product deserves.
  • Customers are unsure which product or pack is right for them.
  • Shops and trade buyers have no clear way to buy from you.

Probably not, if

  • You want a store set up from a template and then left alone.
  • You need a large marketplace operation run day to day.

What we do.

  1. 01

A theme built properly, on record

We build the theme to fit the brand and keep every change on record, so nothing is lost when someone edits in the admin.

  2. 02

Product pages with one job each

Clear ranges, the right pack for the right customer, and pages that answer the questions people ask before they buy.

  3. 03

    Routes for trade and wholesale

Separate paths for shops and bulk buyers, with the sales documents they need to say yes.

  4. 04

    Search, Shopping and email

Search pages for what customers actually type, a Google Shopping feed, and email flows from sign-up onwards.

The work. Before, after, and what changed.

Real businesses and their real sites. No results are shown until they are measured and agreed.

The Natural Plant Food Co.

Plant food from a working farm · Linstock, Cumbria

The brief

A Cumbrian farm turns what its renewable energy process leaves behind into plant food, sold online and to shops and bigger buyers. A strong product and a real story, but the old site led with one product, offered no growing help and gave shops and larger buyers no way in.

The before is the 2023 archive. It predates our work by about three and a half years and may be the previous agency's site.

NOT MEASURED

The store is soft-launched, and no sales or traffic figures are agreed for publication yet.

Ways to start.

Growth partnership

You want someone who builds, measures and improves, every week.

  • One working day a week on your business
  • A 90-day plan we agree with you
  • A written update every week
  • A monthly review of what worked

90 days, then monthly

Small implementation

One thing needs doing properly: a CRM, an integration, a feature.

  • A fixed scope agreed up front
  • Built, tested and handed over
  • Training for whoever uses it

1 to 3 weeks

Every job is a fixed scope agreed before work starts. Tell us about yours and we will say which fits.

How it works.

  1. 01

    Tell us the job

A short guided enquiry. A real person replies within two working days.

  2. 02

    A short call

We look at what you have and say what we would do first.

  3. 03

    A fixed scope

What is included, what is not and when, agreed before any work starts.

  4. 04

    Build, review, launch

You review at each stage. Fixes are included for two weeks after launch.

Questions people ask.

Do you work on existing Shopify stores?

Yes. Most of our Shopify work starts with a store that already trades. We look at what sells, what confuses people and what is missing, then rebuild what needs it.

Can you move us to Shopify from another platform?

Yes. It is quoted per store once we have seen the catalogue, the order history you need to keep and the addresses that must redirect.

Do you do Shopify SEO?

Yes. It is part of how we build: clean collections, product pages that answer real questions, structured data and a Google Shopping feed. See our SEO page for the ongoing side.

What does it cost?

A fixed job, such as a theme rebuild or a trade route, is quoted up front. Ongoing growth work runs as a monthly partnership against a written 90-day plan.
